The average waiting list for an instrument is 14-16 weeks, though this may be longer for one-offs or during the festival season, when we're away from the workshop a lot.
We ask for a 20% deposit on order, and accept most major credit cards, debit cards, banker's drafts and cheques.
All instruments are fully guaranteed from defects in materials or workmanship.
We can safely and securely deliver any instrument within the UK (normally next day) and overseas. We have sent instruments as far as America and Israel without damage - with or without a case.
Typical costs UK £30, Europe £90 (including Northern Ireland), US £120. If ordering from overseas you should find out about Customs duties and any sales tax for your area.
